- Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, and include the RMA number if provided.

- Ship the package back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

- If the return or exchange is approved, we will process the refund or ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

3. Refund and Exchange Options:

- Refunds will be issued in store credit only, unless otherwise specified.

- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
